This is a dog named Coleman that I met on a field visit this past spring. He found a toasted hamburger bun that had been thrown out for the birds and walked around with it during our visit. I’m sure that he really wanted to go stash it away somewhere, but wouldn’t let himself since we might see his hiding place. There are a couple of strange things that I love to see and one of them is animals carrying food in their mouth (birds with french fries is a favorite) and people smoking while riding a bicycle.
