With the Hurricane Katrina anniversary approaching, I’d like to repost a photo that I snapped in the week following the storm. It’s on Beach Blvd. in Biloxi and Ronald was making the rounds with a local news crew handing out burgers to whoever he could find. He had just given the national guard guys lunch and was heading our way when he was faced with a clown shoes vs. Katrina rubble dilemma.
